Micron’s Chip Camp continued at [Cornell NanoScale Facility (CNF)] on Wednesday, giving students an opportunity to learn about clean rooms and nanotechnology. Over 100 students participated in the event, inside an atrium converted for a day of fun. Event organizers hope sparking an interest in science and technology early in life will encourage students to pursue careers in these fields later in life.

"It's important for us to be inspiring young people to get into science," said Thomas Pennell, of [CNF]. "If we start now inspiring these young students, by the time they graduate high school or college, and start jumping out — Micron's going to be there."
